What makes us unique is our commitment to renovate buildings in the Millionaires Row National Historic District. All of our properties are located within this district; most were constructed in the late 1800s and are important to Williamsport’s lumber heritage. In keeping with that sense of history, many apartments retain architecturally interesting features including original walls, moldings, and exposed beams. Over the years, we have renovated every apartment in some capacity, and we enjoy sharing these distinct rentals with our tenants.
Location, Location, Location
The Patrol Zone is an area around PCT designated as its neighborhood. Buildings within 500 feet of campus ALSO are under PCT police jurisdiction. (A building may be in the Patrol Zone, but not under PCT police jurisdiction.) All Penn Park Properties are within 500 feet of campus, and therefore subject to PCT police jurisdiction. This is important because our tenants may rely exclusively on PCT Police on matters of security and safety.
Properties listed on the Off Campus Housing web site must be located within the Patrol Zone and undergo an annual inspection of every apartment by the Williamsport Bureau of Codes to meet safety requirements.
Accessibility
We are an owner-operated company, and we take pride in our buildings. We have regular operating hours and an office next to campus, making us easily reachable whether it’s to respond to a maintenance request, take delivery of a package, or simply answer a question. Decisions are made locally and promptly.
Amenities
We provide ten month leases, furniture, summer storage, and off street parking. All utilities are included, with the exception of cable/internet. Many apartments have their own washers and dryers, and the rest share a conveniently located laundry facility within the building.
